Olivia is beautiful and stylish, smart and sassy. She's the girl at the party, with the fiery red hair that every girl wants to be. I've painted her in a surreal, caricature-like style, with my usual exaggerated proportions. She has a sense of whimsy and intrigue and her expression is both enigmatic and contemplative, inviting viewers to ponder her mood and story. For this painting I used smooth brushwork with subtle textures visible in the background.
Olivia is a playful blend of surrealism and portraiture capturing attention through its bold color palette and imaginative portrayal. She's one of my favorite works and I encourage viewers to engage with the narrative possibilities.
